A nice place very close to the beach and near many restaurants, churches and family fun. Brandy communicated regularly and shared a lot of great information about the area. All in all, a great stay!

During our weeklong stay, my husband and I found the condo perfectly located on the beach and at walking distance to Coligny Plaza restaurants. It was very functional with all needed amenities and it was very clean when we checked in. We had a pleasant stay at Brandy’s place.

Great place to stay, right in the middle of an island, beach is a few min away, and the shops and restaurants within walking distance, or 10 min by car to Harbor Town. Appartement had everything you need for a great beach town vacation. And if you are in to cooking home kitchen had everything to accommodate that.

Brandy’s condo is amazing beautiful place close to everything, the indoor pool and hot tub were a great place to relax after my paddleboard races. Brandy was extremely helpful and easily reachable. Will definitely see if any of Brandy’s places are available next time I’m in Hilton Head

I loved being able to park my car on Friday and not get back in it until time to go home. The condo had EVERYTHING you could ever need and it was super clean. There were clear instructions and Brandy was very responsive when I had a question. There was plenty to do for a long weekend. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best spots to stay at in Hilton head! Very close to all the local dining areas. The location itself is amazing with a very short walk to the beach and there are a lot of local shops that can rent you bikes. There were beach chairs and umbrellas on the balcony of the room we stayed in. The beach access is a very short walk and made this trip so much better than other non-beachfront hotels we’ve stayed at. 10/10 highly recommend for small families!

We had a great time here! It’s located in the perfect spot, a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to Coligny plaza. There beach chairs, a wagon, and beach towels available for use and the condo was very clean. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a weekend and loved the area!! The location was super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do! Host responded to any questions we had and left clear instructions on how to get in. She also included a guide that was very helpful with getting around. :)

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Brandy communicated everything in advance so we were never in doubt, the location enabled us to get to everything, and we had an outdoor pool for hanging at home. Being near Coligny Plaza also gave us great dining out options so no cooking required!!

Great place to stay and great location! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and having easy beach access. The condo was very cute and right by the pool. Will definitely stay again when in Hilton Head.
